Hidden Jewellery acts as a selling agent for the brands listed on the site. Hidden Jewellery does not own the products listed on the site.
When the Customer places an order on HiddenJewellery.com, the name and address of the Customer/Recipient, the order and date of order is shared with the Brand/Brands that own the/those pieces.
The method of payment and any financial details relating to the Customer is encrypted and secure and not shared with the Brand.
The contact details of the Customer/Recipient is passed on to the Brand for delivery purposes.
Hidden Jewellery and the Brand will not share any of the contact details – email address, delivery address or any other ways of contacting – with any third party.
The Brand is responsible for sending the order to the Recipient.
Hidden Jewellery is the point of contact for the Customer regarding payments, orders, problems and any other enquiries.
Returns, Refunds and faulty goods are only valid within 28 days and will be dealt with directly between the Customer and Hidden Jewellery.
Any faults, repairs or other issues after 28 days of purchase, the Customer is directed to contact the Brand directly. If the Customer has any problems contacting the Brand, Hidden Jewellery will endeavour to assist but will not accept any responsibility for the contact or behaviour with the Brand.
We cannot accept refunds for any earrings.
Promotional Discount Codes –
Codes may be valid for certain selection of items. If you are unsure what your code is valid for – you can contact us to find out.
We currently only deliver to the UK and Ireland.
The delivery period should be no longer than 7 working days.
Orders placed over Christmas, bank holidays and other National holidays will take longer.
All orders will have a tracking number.
Returns are only valid within 28 days of purchase.
If there are any problems with your order, we will contact you with the details you provide at the checkout.
We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you give us is correct and accurate and that there is somebody to sign for and take delivery of the goods from the delivery service used.
If your order is returned to us because the courier or postal service could not complete the delivery to you for whatever reason, then you will be responsible for the repeat delivery costs.
